Praia Leste-Oeste is a small beach right in downtown Fortaleza. It's wedged between the Marina proper and a long breakwater which starts the series heading north to the Ceará River. You get nice little peaks here on a northeast swell, and can handle east winds, but prefers the southwest offshores. Pollution from the marina can be a problem and draws a large crowd being in the middle of the city.
