general information
Ciruelo Beach is about a 20 minute drive from Pedasi just before Venado. The wave here is fickle relying on long south swell and no wind. When breaking it offers a fast and hollow left hand tube. The wave can be seen from the road, so check it and keep going to Playa Venao if it's not on. Ciruelo is a natural port for boats. Many of the local fishermen and fishing tour bouts use this port, and there is also a fishing camp here.
