general information
La Setenta is a shallow rock reef just south of Miramar in the Havana province. Can get a quality wave if a long period NE Atlantic groundswell can thread it's way through the other Caribbean islands. Otherwise wait for a storm in the Gulf of Mexico to pound the coast for a few days. The rock reef is sharpish so head out mid tide.
