general information

Powerful and hollow point break producing long right handers with barrel sections. Along with Paul Do Mar (further north) and Jardim do Mar (further south), it forms a trio of quality breaks. Being open to nearly all swell angles from the west and not needing as much size as the other two spots to go off, it is the most consistent of the three. As with the other spots, the wave and getting in and out over the rocks is a challenge and requires a fair level of experience.
