general information
Scarborough or 'Scabs' houses several peaks on the stretch of beach in front of the Observation City hotel. Works mainly in winter when mid-sized west swells can turn on a nice wave. Wave quality is mainly dependent on the sandbank formations, and if the banks are right, with a west well and any easterly wind, you might just find a quick little barrel of two.
