general information
Located north of Whitby, this is a great beach break offering punchy barrelling left and right hand waves. Not really for beginners once it's over a couple of feet due to strong rip currents and heavy poundings. The paddle out can also be tricky when big. Parking available on the roadside right above the beach and slightly futher north is a small carpark.
