general information
Another good spot to weather the storm, can produce smaller and cleaner peaky beach break waves when everywhere else is off the richter due to it's protection from Filey Brigg, a large rocky outcrop protecting the bay from north easterly storm swell. Waves at the southern end of the bay tend to be bigger than the north. This spot has produced many a surfable wave when options are limited.
