A hollow reef break that offers the advanced surfer quality barrels. Waves year-round, though summer is the pick with a good south swell throwing up wide barrels. With a more westerly swell the rights come into their own.
Named after the Banyan tree located in front of the break, it's popular and comes with a protective local crew.
