Waits is a popular surf beach, just west of Victor Harbour, just follow the signs to the carpark in front of the surf. This place picks up any swells and does get quality waves quite regularly. Sand banks determine how good the waves get but due to some rocks off the beach sand does tend to gather.

Waves are usually quick and hollow with a bit of power. Not for the beginner. Length of ride is usually pretty short but there are chances for tubes and big moves.
