general information
Obviously the south end of Curl Curl beach. It is easy to find by following the road south until you can see the beach, there it is! Parking is on the road or in the small car park.
South Curl Curl is a mixed bag of waves with the occasional 'point' style wave near the ocean pool, other times it is a shorey and often it is just a lot a varied sand banks. Waves often bounce off the rocky headland and make peaks, this can be a blessing or a curse depending on how far along the wave you catch it. Good waves are the ones that just power down the line. On smaller swells there are plenty of beach break options, usually wiht a bit of a crowd as Curly tends to pick up the most swell of any beach on the north side.
