This chunk of a righthand reef needs a huge winter west/northwest swell to produce a wave or a big summer southwest swell and won't start to break until it's 8-10ft - way after Stockton has closed out. It doesn't really draw a crowd but that could be due to the fact of the seal colonies here attracting the boss fish.
