general information

Easy to find, just below the main coast road as you drive out of Lennox Head to Ballina. Parking is easy.

Paddle out is a trick, the gently sloping round and often slippery boulderd make access tricky. Make sure you pick your way out as far as you can beofre you jump as it is a shallow rock bottom. Time your paddle out when there is a lull.

Coming in is best done right at the bottom of the point. It still involves picking your way up the rocks but the white water is less. Low tide is very tricky as you have to get over a lot of slippery, shell fish covered rock. BEST TO WHERE BOOTIES!!

The wave it self is awesome, a world class right point that can barrel and have you surfing FAST for over 300m. Best conditions are a cyclone swell or decent ground swell but Lennox can break on any swell over 2ft. Best on SW to SE winds.
