When the swell is big and powerful and the wind from the east expect large, heavy barrels at this bigwave spot. It's a powerful peak that can shift around a bit and big closeout sets are common. You'll need anything from your slighty longer than normal shortboard up to a semi or gun to ride this wave at it's best. Crowds are minimal.
