general information

The offshore deep water keeps the power up in the swell here so the waves hit the beach with open ocean force and speed. When the swell is really big it can hold it here making huge good quality 20ft beach break peaks, be warned tough, they can shift a bit like most beachy peaks and a good cleanup set is highly likely. This is best left to very experienced surfers.

It is sensitive to wind though so you'll need a fairly still day to get clean and surfable. Bring spare boards and big kahunas.
