general information

Cylinders is a beach-break located 100 metres west of The Hole, on Thirteenth Beach. The surf here is similar to that at The Hole in terms of size and power, although the waves do tend to close out a lot more. It does have its good days, but they are few and far between.

Despite being inconsistent, it’s always worth keeping your eye on Cylinders. When the banks are good, the waves can be awesome - big, powerful, fast, and long. It’s just unfortunate it doesn’t happen more often.

Cylinders has its own car park and stairs down to the beach.
