finless is so fun, if you dont wanna give it a go, thats cool, each to their own but it is honestly so refreshing, very challenging, but fun once you get it sorted....surfers are funny, there even seems to be negativity towards people willing to try this type of surfing and its from people who havent tried it yet, so many narrow minds in the surfing world, and for a creative thing such as riding a wave, surfers ( the majority imho but not all ) have become a narrow minded bitter bunch.....my rant is over....

Swingers go great, it was my fave shape for along time but I am so hooked on the finless slide and glide lately, the Swingers are still goin well.....done a few in longer lengths with great feedback from customers.....

marketing thing ??? I shape everything and anything and it gets bloody confuding if they dont have names , how does a punter tell me what he likes or what design he is talking about without a design name or pidgeon hole as you call it mate ??? There prob is some marketing stuff goin on but for me I just give em a name so I and customers know what they are and to differeciate one design from another...especially with all the hybrids of hybrids with slight adjustments and then modifications of the hybridisation, who knows what these designs are anymore, but I do know it is all time coz finally surfers are up for some diff stuff besides just a high-perf thruster......example of designs I have atm...

its 6'4" x 19 5/8" x 2 5/8" quaddy, all green , mean and keen......

I surfed at Kata beach in Phuket last June and am goin back to Thailand in April and May, gunna spend a month there living on another island away from too much commercial shit...but am planning a few days at Phuket and probably surf up near Surin beach this time, just need the wind to blow up some swell and there is a few fun waves at the right time of year...if you want a good board, take a high volume semi-fish shape , not many decent boards that I saw there, I just hired a fishy quad which did the job...and am doin the same this time, my son and I will just hire a few different boards and enjoy the nice refreshing 28 degree water....but if I was working in Bangkok and was a surfer, I would definitely be getting down for a few waves every now and then, what I surfed last time was worth it.....

if there was more people posting then I would visit more often, it is a pretty good site and I should have a look here more regularly.....but yeah, some good pics are always great to see.....

would like to see Parko win a title but have my doubts after the last year....I have seen a few pros surfing lately and Dane was a stand out, he does some big turns and so relaxed too...I reckon if he really focussed and give it 100% he would win the title this year....but for this years Quikky Pro, I am gunna say Mick, Parko, Kelly and Dane.....closely followed by Bede, Taj and Owen Wright.....

The Quadfather is a four fin design that I am super stoked with. They are going mental and I couldnt be happier with their performance...if there are any quad interested surfers out there ( or doubters ? ) , please check out my QF's.
