Hey All, Im back. Cheers for the advice and the concerns. Ended up putting a compresion stocking on my knee and I was fine. Still a little twingy every now and then and must admit I was only surfing at about 70% commitment for fear of standing up awkwardly and having my kneecap pop off. Nurofen gel at night eased the pain as well surprise

Fire...Scourge of Promethius

I tend to find that regardless of my injury, there is always a Nurofen produced product available to ease my woes big_smile

I will bend like a reed in the wind...

True about the Nurophen please be aware that any anti inflammatory will reduce pain and help but prolonged usage will do nasty things to your guts.Good thing partial injury problems can be gently encouraged to heal and the body itself will under the right circumstance make the repair stronger.Talk with your favourite Chiro, Osteo, or Physio who are aware of how surfing treats your body.Consider Pilates and /or Yoga exercises and you will bend like a reed in the wind.

Thank's to spend your time to share. This is what I (and others, I believe), really need. It's really very informative post. Please keep it up. Looking for more relevant post.
