Ordered two surf location maps and paid for them 26 days ago,money has come out of my account and i am planning a trip,has anyone ever got there maps from surfatlas? or have i been ripped off?

Your guides went out but may have been too large for your inbox and have been rejected. We are working on an online accont set up in the future that ties in with ipad development but for now we are just emailing them out as PDF's. Let me know which ones you ordered again and I will resend.

Had the same problems with the maps, an alert for all who buy.Not the Atlas, but browsers and file size problems in getting through.I got mine by thumbdrive, it looks to me like an issue that that might be resolved with the hi speed broadband????Atlas are good for their word have been to me!
