Kailua has a high concentration of bed-and-breakfast . However, be advised that some groups on Oahu are strongly opposed to having B&Bs or vacation rentals in their neighborhoods and that many B&Bs operate without licenses.

Therefore, if you see an ad on the internet, you may want to call up and ask if they are licensed first.
